FACT: as the Tinaztepe, the 'Mighty K' steamed for Turkey for 12 more years, that's about 1/3 of her life.

SUMMARY: The Tinaztepe is very impressive food for thought, considering that she was already 25 years old before she started her service for Turkey!

Now let's face it, she didn't get through those last twelve years all by herself, it took some very dedicated men to keep a ship that old going, and without the supply lines we had!

We took pride in our ship. We also learned to respect other Professional Military Men regardless of their service or country.

And...I don't know about you guys, but my curiosity is driving me crazy. What did she do for those last twelve years?
