Hi,

I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your Keppler website.  I'm webmaster
of the USS Towers DDG-9 site at the following URL: dbrantly.home.mindspring.com

FYI:  I collect navy plaques, and recently acquired a plaque from the estate
of a Rear Admiral Mustin.  The plaque is the Efficiency E for the Keppler in
1950.  ................

Would you happen to know if Admiral Mustin was the CO for the Keppler at
some point?
